Futures Today Consulting teaches people how to manage their way through disruptive times. Our consultants provide staff development through coaching and training. Approaching our strategic planning consultation with a hands-on approach releases your team’s creative energy and creates a framework for action.
Futures Today Consulting leads several projects to eradicate poverty throughout the developing world. Entrepreneurial training for youth and women is managed through Buena Idea, a non-profit organization launched in October 2012.

Prior to launching Futures Today Consulting Dr. Alcántara served in local municipalities and state government for over 13 years. In 2010, Lucia was named as a Rotary Peace Fellow at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She is passionate about adult learning and growing organizations.
